Veselooshka Games, with its websites, games, and other applications (“we”, “our”, “us”), firmly believes in the utmost importance of user privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) addresses our approach to personal information and other data we receive from users through our websites, games, and other applications (“Sites/Applications”), their use, and the possibility of disclosing such information to third parties. The installation and use of such Sites/Applications by the user, and the provision of such information to us, imply the user's acceptance of the Policy's terms and consent to the processing of the provided information (personal and general) in accordance with this Policy. The Policy became effective on July 1, 2017.
The user information we collect through the Sites/Applications falls into two categories:
1. "Personal Information" – information that directly identifies a specific user and allows contact with them online and offline, such as full name, physical address, email address, phone number, photograph, precise geolocation (i.e., exact location), player ID, credit card data, and in some cases, account names.
2. "General Information", which does not identify a specific user and cannot be used to contact them, namely date of birth, postal code, imprecise geolocation (city, locality, etc.), and gender, as well as information about the user's computer and mobile device, such as identifier, computer's IP address, mobile device's unique ID or other similar identifier, information about the platform and software version of your device, installed software, and hardware of the device. General Information also includes “Usage Data”, representing anonymous information related to the user's computer and mobile device, particularly information about the use of Sites/Applications, browsers used, other applications installed on the device, date and time of use of Sites/Applications, gaming progress, playtime, score and achievements, visited links, and applications used before/after using the Sites/Applications.
Personal Information and General Information are collected under the following circumstances and to the following extent:
  • When creating an account, applying for a contest, subscribing to a newsletter, contacting Customer Support, or performing any other actions that require providing Personal or General Information, it may be necessary to provide us with a name, email address, date of birth, gender, residential address, and/or phone number.
  • When making a purchase within our Site/Application, credit card data and other payment information may be required.
  • When using public forums, comment sections, or chat, we reserve the right to collect any personal information published on such resources.
  • When sending a message to another user or a specific group of users through our messaging system, chat, publication, or other messaging system included in the Site/Application, we reserve the right to collect any personal information posted on such resources, as well as subscriber information to improve the quality of the message (note: we will never collect information outside the functionality of our Sites/Applications, including email correspondence and text messages).
  • By enabling push notifications, you give us the right to collect Personal or General Information, such as device ID, for sending relevant notifications to your device.
  • When sending us user information in any other form, you grant us the right to collect this information for the purposes for which the information was provided.
  • We do not collect any Personal Information during the normal use of our Sites/Applications. However, we may collect the following General Information: computer's IP address, mobile device's unique ID, and Usage Data. In this case, General Information is obtained independently of Personal Information unless the user decides to share Personal Information with us.

In connection with the collection of Personal and General Information, cookies or similar technologies (small files placed on your computer's hard drive when visiting web pages or using applications, storing user information, such as behavioral data) may be used. If a user shares Personal Information with us, it may be linked to the information stored in cookies. You can disable cookies or enable cookie notifications in your browser. Additionally, some third-party advertisers may use cookies in their advertising campaigns within our Sites/Applications. Use of Collected Personal Information
We use the information for:
  • Responding to user requests in Customer Support;

You can also refuse to receive such materials at any time, in accordance with the instructions attached to the text of the Policy.

Donations
Donations are Voluntary Contributions.
Within the framework of our activities on our Sites/Applications, there are links to the possibility of making donations – voluntary contributions. Donations are not mandatory and are made at the discretion of users. The funds received from donations are used to support and develop our games and applications. All donation transactions are carried out through secure payment systems, and we commit to not disclosing information about donations to third parties, except in cases provided by law and our Privacy Policy.
Transfer of Collected Personal Information and General Information
Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or transfer your Personal Information to third parties without prior notice. We may transfer your General Information to a third party for the above-mentioned purposes. We may transfer information about precise or imprecise geolocation (if you provide us with permission to collect it) to advertising material suppliers for displaying more relevant and suitable advertising for your region. We may transfer Usage Data and General Information, including the unique ID of the mobile device, the device's advertising identifier or other similar identifiers, as well as information about imprecise geolocation to our advertising material supplier partners. Mentioned partners may use General Information to provide personalized advertising outside our Sites/Applications. Please note that the information transferred in this way is limited to anonymous, statistical General Information. Under no circumstances do we transfer your Personal Information to advertisers without your prior consent. We do not store credit card data. Secure online payment processing services from a third party are used for credit card payment processing.
Advertising
By using our Sites/Applications, you may receive advertising content. We or the advertising networks we use may employ technologies using cookies, beacons, tracking pixels, and other technologies contained in advertising announcements, allowing us and our networks to collect General Information. General Information, including age and gender, may be used to provide you with appropriate advertising materials. General Information and Usage Data, including advertising identifiers, may be used to determine the number of clicks on an advertisement, to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, to determine the correct number of repeat views of a given advertisement, and/or to provide you with advertising that best matches your interests. Depending on your device and its operating system, you may refuse to provide the device identifier for the purpose of providing contextual advertising or reset your device's identifier by changing the device settings.
User Rights
If you wish to stop receiving mailing materials from us or wish to review, delete, or view the Personal Information you have provided to us, please contact us by email: veselooshka@gmail.com; however, we reserve the right to store an archival copy of the changed data for a certain period of time to ensure data integrity during this time, as well as to store an anonymous archival copy of such data without linking to your identity for our purposes.
If you wish to opt out of receiving push notifications, go to the device settings section, select the necessary Site/Application, and take the necessary steps to disable notifications.
You can prohibit the use of cookies or other tracking technologies, but in this case, we cannot guarantee the proper functioning of the Site/Applications.
Parental Control
We may collect General Information about the device ID or other device or computer identifier used by a child to access the Sites/Applications. Collected Usage Data is anonymous and in no way related to the user's identity and Personal Information. In addition, such data is used exclusively for internal purposes, such as content personalization, security, and contextual (non-personalized) advertising.
Some of our Sites/Applications allow in-game purchases for real money, even if the game was downloaded for free. Such purchases do not always require credit card data entry, as they are carried out through third-party facilities using an existing account (for example, an iTunes account). If you, as a parent, are not satisfied with the presence of this feature, you can disable the ability to make in-game purchases by selecting the device settings section and the corresponding application and taking further steps to disable in-game purchases.
Users aged 13 to 18 are required to obtain parental permission before registering on our Platform and providing us with Personal Information.
Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the Policy at any time. In case of changes to the Policy, it will be notified in the "Policy" section on our Sites/in Applications with the date of changes at the top of the page. Thus, users are advised to regularly check the Policy page for updates. Continued use of the Sites/Applications after changes to the Policy automatically implies the user's consent to its terms. Security of Sites/Applications
Providing us with Personal Information is solely at the user's discretion. We and third-party contractors apply physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect Personal Information, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure the correct use of Personal Information collected through the Sites/Applications. We take and oblige cooperating third-party companies to take the necessary preventive measures to prevent loss, leakage, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, alteration, destruction of Personal Information. However, please note that there are no methods of data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network that guarantee 100% data security. As a result, despite all efforts to ensure the security of information obtained from you or transmitted by you, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee of its security; the user acts at their own risk. When contacting third-party companies for assistance in processing Personal Information or credit card data, we take all necessary measures to ensure that they comply with the terms of the Policy and other protection of the user's Personal Information, including credit card data. In case of a data leak from our Sites/Applications, including a leak of user credit card data, we undertake to immediately inform the user about it and take commercially reasonable steps to eliminate the consequences of such a leak.
